The Goal
For this annual women’s event, the goal was to create a beautiful, immersive experience built around the theme “Eden.” The client wanted a soft, inviting aesthetic that honored strength and femininity while also offering an elevated visual identity. In addition to a full suite of digital and print assets, this year’s approach focused heavily on transforming the physical space and building out a robust merchandise line.
My Role
Directed overall creative strategy from concept to execution, ensuring a cohesive experience across every touchpoint
Designed a complete brand system inspired by the Eden theme — including typography, color palette, and organic design elements
Led a creative team in producing all print and digital promotional assets, including event invites, social media graphics, and signage
Oversaw writing and direction of promotional video content
Developed environmental branding and custom decor pieces to enhance the venue atmosphere, including florals, installations, and lounge areas
Led the design and production of a curated merchandise line (apparel, totes, journals, and more) tied to the visual theme of the event
Collaborated with live production and facilities teams to ensure creative elements translated across stage design, lighting, and transitions
Results
Delivered an immersive and emotionally resonant brand experience for over 4,000 women in attendance
Merchandise sold out onsite, generating strong post-event buzz and social engagement
Event space was widely praised by guests and leadership for its atmosphere, beauty, and attention to detail
Established a creative foundation that will carry over into future Eden events
